COVID-19 Update:

We are currently experiencing delays with incoming shipments of new stock that may increase the processing time of some orders. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be issued via email. 

Due to these difficulties, we are unable to anticipate an exact delivery date for shipments. Other delays beyond our control may occur.

Will anyone know what I have ordered?

All our orders are shipped in discreet, plain boxes or envelopes.  No advertising material is included in the package.  Our company name will not appear on the parcel or shipping label.

How old must I be to place an order?

By using this website, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age, older or legal age.

Where is my order shipped from?

All shipments are from US and Canada.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as debt.

 

Are gift cards accepted?

Yes, we accept any gift cards distributed by Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

 

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns due to the nature and usage of the products we sell, except items specifically outlined in our return policy.  If your product is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service via email at info@yournaughtytreasures.com
